This Extra Large Hair Scrunchie is from the 1999 Collection in Grey Plum Stripe in New Condition made from a Thick Organic Cotton. This Piece has been Lovingly Created through the PatchMeUp Program ~ Found Only Here at Bluefishfinder.com in an Effort to Recycle Older Vintage Pieces. The Features include: A Ruffled Fabric with a Thin Elastic Interior Band and Comes Unpainted. Our Scrunchies are Forgiving and Very Soft when Worn.  This Scrunchie was Created to Celebrate The Sustainable of Jennifer Barclay's Vintage Designs.
