Our window for return is open for 14 days from the delivery date.

💌  Important Details When Returning: 💌 

When requesting or initiating a return, you will have the option of purchasing the return postage yourself, or a label can be provided to you for printing. A prepaid label will have both addresses, ready to ship.

When choosing the printable label option, the cost of the postage will then be deducted from your refund.

It is important to note, while convenient to receive a pre paid label via email for printing, your parcel will not be insured.

💌  Always consider adding insurance to the purchase price for your protection.

💌  All refunds will mirror the original form of payment.

The Bluefishfinder uses The United States Postal Service to ship all orders Priority Mail Insured to the full purchase amount.

How will I know when my return or parcel has been received by The Bluefishfinder, and can I track my sent order?

Yes, you can check the status of your return parcel by visiting the USPS Tracking section of their website. Simply type in your tracking number as provided.

Alternatively, you can watch for our email notifications, which also will provide you with live tracking.

Do I have to insure my return?

No, you do not have to insure your return, however insurance is highly recommended to secure your refund.

The Bluefishfinder can not refund purchase costs without receiving the garments. Insurance also protects your parcel from damage which may occur while in transit.
