This Piece has been Lovingly Created through the PatchMeUp Program ~ Found Only Here at Bluefishfinder.com in an Effort to Recycle Older Vintage Pieces. The Features include: A Ruffled Fabric with a Thin Elastic Interior Band and Comes Painted in the Lucky Leaf Theme. Our Scrunchies are Forgiving and Very Soft when Worn.  This Scrunchie was Created to Celebrate The Sustainable of Jennifer Barclay's Vintage Designs.
