This Rare and Amazing Dress is Like No Other Thermal Offered ~ In 1992 the Cotton Thermal was A Waffle Weave Type ~ Extra Thick and Rich with an Amazing Drape. The Features Include: Folds and Folds of Skirt Fabric ~ Slightly Shorter Than Full Length Sleeves although Not quite Three Quarter in Length ~ A Wide Rounded Neckline ~ A Gathered Empire Waist Cord ~ The Original Metal Grommets ~ A Sweeping Hemline and was Produced Only Unpainted. This Piece is A Hard to Find Desirable. The Generous, Stretchy Measurements are As Follows: Bust Fully Extended 66  ~ Waist 66  ~ Hips 80 ~ Sweep 120 and Length is 42 inches.
