The Features include: A Ruffled Fabric with a Thin Elastic Interior Band and Comes Painted in the Abstract Theme. Our Scrunchies are Forgiving and Very Soft when Worn.  This Scrunchie was Created to Celebrate The Sustainable of Jennifer Barclay's Vintage Designs.
